What to Expect

What to expect when you visit Calvary

You can expect to meet a vibrant welcoming community of fully devoted followers of Jesus that share common goals of learning, living, worshipping and serving together.
During the Covid-19 recover and reintegration stages, Calvary Church is offering several opportunities to worship in a variety of styles, days and times.  This provides our congregants with the social distancing guidelines and comfort during their worship time each week.

We invite you to join together in person or online.

When You Arrive

When you first arrive, one of our friendly ushers or greeters will welcome you and provide a brief overview of our facilities. On Sunday mornings, during the month of August, our children (ages 5-11) are enjoying VBS “BOLT to Faith” at the 11AM service.

What to Wear

Regardless of which service you attend, dress however is comfortable for you. You’ll see a range of styles from jeans to suits. Casual or “Sunday best”, it doesn’t matter; do what works for you. Above all, we want you to feel welcomed at Calvary. It really is “A Place For New Beginnings.” We can’t wait to meet you!

Service Length

Our Sunday morning service is usually an hour long. Our Sunday evening and Wednesday services are normally around an hour and fifteen minutes. Our services are passionate! We have great music–not to entertain us but to help us give God our best worship. We clap and lift our hands, sing, and offer other heartfelt expressions of worship. We just ask you to join us and worship in whatever ways are comfortable for you. After we sing and take time to give an offering, our pastor will preach a dynamic and relevant message.
